A Sense of Wonder
“If I had influence with the good fairy who is supposed to preside over the christening of all children, I should ask that her gift to each child in the world be a sense of wonder so indestructible that it would last throughout life as an unfailing antidote against the boredom and disenchantments of later years, the sterile preoccupation with things that are artificial, the alienation from the sources of our strength.”

Our goal is to offer an experience of connecting with the earth and the animals in an “up close and personal” way, nourishing the soul and inspiring the spirit of respect and care for the earth and it’s peoples.
We have held educational programs with children of all ages from public, Waldorf, and homeschools as well as Youth at Risk Programs. This is a high priority for the farmers here who love to share their zest for growing things with children!
